Sexual assault is a profoundly devastating ordeal but we strive to make sure that each victim of sexual assault will receive help from the Wichita Area Sexual Assault Center. Children and adults who are sexually abused will receive crisis counseling and support from WASAC victim advocates. Families, who suffer the abuse in their own ways, also received support and help.
WASAC is always taking steps to better serve all sexual assault victims. The commitment of the staff, volunteers and board members is outstanding. We are doing everything we can to help our community and its victims deal with this crisis in a dignified manner. You can be a part of this dedication to helping, also.

SALSA Fundraiser
Join us on Cinco de Mayo for our annual SALSA (Supporters and Leaders Against Sexual Assault) fundraiser! There will be live music, hors d'oeuvres, wine, beer and an overall good time. The silent auction bidding starts at 5:30 and ends at 8 p.m. Tickets are $75 per person. It will be a night out to support a good cause and the vision of a safer community.
