Perla started working for the Wichita Area Sexual Assault Center in 2026. As a bilingual advocate her goal is to build connections with our community, especially the Hispanic community and let them know that they are not alone. No estan solos. Perla is passionate about reaching out to Hispanic parents and children providing services to help better understand sexual violence and supporting them during difficult times.
When Perla is not at work, she enjoys playing Fortnite with her friends, shopping, attending concerts, attending sports events with her husband or playing with her dogs while enjoying a not so healthy snack.
